	After undergoing a complete renvovation this lovely old building was further enhanced by the addition of two storeys to the rear and a curved roof creating a duplex penthouse apartment overlooking the pretty Hoxton Square.
	The construction and installation of an external glass-walled lift has given the residents convenience whilst ensuring that the maximum amount of natural light floods the spacious interiors of these luxury apartments.
	Originally there were two fire stairs so one had to be dismantled whilst the other extended to provide access for the additional floors. A glass canopy was added to shelter the stair-goers and the resulting glass and steel structure presents an interesting skyline.
	The new storeys have wonderfully spacious balconies with integrated balustrading.
	Internal supporting beams have been incorporated into the interior design by cladding and leaving a neatly finished, black-painted feature that meets the ceiling. A stylish room division created by glass panelled balustrading.
